Liability and Data Protection Agreement

1. Scope and Purpose

This Liability and Data Protection Agreement governs the conditions of use of the forms made available on the website of [Company Name], an engineering consultancy specialized in Embedded Systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and Telematics, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”.By submitting any form on the website, the user fully and unconditionally accepts this Agreement and declares that they have read and understood all its provisions.

In the event of a dispute, and if no amicable resolution is reached, the competent court shall be the Judicial Court of the District of Braga, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
